Vehicle Mounted Forklift
Found on the rear of the vehicle, vehicle mounted forklifts can be disconnected and used to offload the contents of the vehicle quickly and easily when traditional methods are not available. They can be used in tight areas and over rough ground such as building sites and small yards. Our training not only covers the use of the vehicle-mounted forklift but also how to attach and release it safely from the vehicle.
Truck Mounted Crane
Usually attached behind the cab of the vehicle, truck mounted cranes allow heavy goods to be offloaded from the vehicle using either a hook, clamp or bucket depending on the nature of the goods. Our training on truck-mounted cranes, HIAB or Palfinger, covers not only the operation but safety awareness when operating, so operators and others are kept safe at all times.

Your Place or Ours?
Our training courses are available to anyone or any company who wishes to improve knowledge, skills and safety. It is the same course we use to train our own drivers in the use of vehicle-mounted forklifts and truck mounted cranes.
We regularly run courses at our own site, but we can come to your own site and deliver the course if required. We have our own training equipment and fully equipped training room. There are no prerequisites to being accepted on the course and once you have passed a licence lasts for 5 years. However, after 4 years the licence holder can take a refresher course to renew their licence if desired.
